You don't have to be a member of COGAM for joining us in our excursions or any other activity, but members have preference when there are not enough places. If you like to participate in Trekking or any other activities of Cogam, become a member.

All our excursions are for a reduced and limited group of people. If you are not going to do all the activities that are scheduled for that day, please leave the place free for somebody else.

Before booking, you must read the information about the excursion you are interested in. You can read the information in our web (Documents in Trekking/Senderismo section). The information about every excursion is made available from the first day you can book.

You can book on your own or you can ask a friend to book on Mondays in the Hiking Group's meeting. Our meeting take place in: Bar Verdoy, Plaza de Chueca, from 19.30 to 21.00 hours. You can book also by phone. Call Gay-Inform/Línea Lesbos (+34 915230070).

There are a lot of excursions with different levels. Please consider if you are fit enough forthe one you want to book.

If you are thinking about going to a High Mountain excursion you should have your own insurance or be federated.
